Restaurants in winnipeg on a bus pass

Months ago........ I was really feeling like some Indian food, actually I wanted a variety of Indian food. I ended up taking the 33 maples to Punjab sweet house. I gotta tell people the ride from Osborne is long and at times you might want to turn back and go to say Ivory or even the Mumbi as you pass it across from garden city. But, we stayed on, the long at times deserted bus journey. When we finally arrived for the Sunday lunch buffet- I gotta tell you i was worried we appeared to be the only customers for a huge buffet. Ruff Indian food is maybe my least favorite feast to have. When we began eating everything tasted good. We couldn't believe it was only $6.99. It was a very large buffet and some of the items were better then others, but I can't say it was all cooked to perfection. The veggies at the buffet had better days(actually some of them weeks), but overall it was good. Shocking affordable.
