A baker slash Office Manager

So here I am in Winnipeg at times working as a baker. Life is strange like that, if you love something sometimes everything in the world makes you do it. I have loved baking, the smells and the amazing cakes that always surprise me. I never imagined to be in the situation where I am actually baking Daily and getting paid. One day I would like to open the Dream NY-style desert (palace I like to call it) in Winnipeg, cus well, I think it would be new and fresh. I see the place at times. and every time I see a for sale sign I think wait give me a few years-- wait for me. Hoping the spot will eventually come available when i become available. I dream of a business that will offer profit sharing and free yoga to employees. Making the best quality product at affordable prices. I love to bake and bake I will.
